Reyes Home Care

Reyes Home Care is the vision of founder and president, Victoria Reyes , who began her career locally as a certified Gerontologist. As a care manager for the elderly and the disabled, she realized the quality of home care being being compromised to her clients. She received letters from many concerned families about the lack of care their loved ones were receiving. At that time, private duty home care was only available through a nurse registry, a Medicare agency or by hiring a private individual. Out of necessity to provide excellent service to her clients, Victoria opened the doors of Reyes Home Care Agency. Today they are a leader in providing excellent home care services with a focus on quality, reliability and service.

Reyes Home Care is a pioneer in the training, bonding, insuring and pre-screening of home care employees.

Our Staff

Victoria Reyes, Gerontologist, founded Reyes Home Care in 1987 to provide private in-home care services and care management for the elderly and the disabled. Victoria is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

Sarah Smith, BSW, CSA, Client Care Manager Ms. Smith has worked in the home health care field since 1998. As a social worker and Certified Senior Advisor she has extensive experience working with seniors and their families as a geriatric care manager.

Gloria Martinez, RN Gloria Martinez has been a registered nurse since 1981. She has 20 years experience working in oncology and has spent the past 5 years working in home health.

Our Philosophy

Reyes Home Care prides itself in its Clients Come First philosophy. That attitude is the first thing you will notice when you call. Our telephones are answered by our knowledgeable and experienced staff that will assist you in deciding the kind of care you or your loved one need. Rates for our services are based on the type of services needed. A Gerontologist or licensed nurse is available to perform an assessment prior to the initiation of care. Phone consultations are also available.
